My journey into the Microsoft Leap Apprenticeship Program has been an amazing and yet still shocking opportunity. It’s so thrilling that I have the opportunity to be on this path. Since I made this transition from Pharmacy, Microsoft has been a dream for me and so to be accepted into this program is huge.

Structure of the Leap program
Leap is a 16 weeks apprenticeship program that consists of 4 weeks of classroom learning and then 12 weeks of apprenticeship with the sponsor teams. We are considered as Microsoft contractors and are paid hourly.
