Helpful learnings from a design sprint challenge: Truths and Insights version part 2

I can’t believe I am in my 10th week of the Microsoft Leap Apprenticeship Program. Time has definitely flown by so fast and I have learned much more than I could have expected. I am working on the Edge design team and was given a project to work on from end to end. It has been a great learning experience and has pushed me to be a better designer.

This week, I will be following up on the last post I wrote about the Truths and Insights design sprint challenge. As I mentioned in the last post, Truths and Insights was created by Pradeep U.N, Director of Customer Experience at Microsoft Consulting Services. It was created to drive purpose driven transformations in organizations. It gives people the environment to engage others and have difficult conversations, share values etc.

In this post, I interviewed my cohort mates to learn their process during the sprint week regarding what they did, how they came up with their designs, tradeoffs etc., basically their design process. This particular post will be focused on the research and ideation process of the sprint challenge and the upcoming ones will dive deeper into the rest of the sprint.
