Wow, I just wrapped up the final week of the Microsoft Leap Apprenticeship Program and I cannot believe how fast the time has blown away. This experience has been so valuable not only in my professional life but also personally. I plan to write a post on my overall experience and learnings/ what helped me throughout so look out for that.

This is the 3rd part of this series, you can check out the previous posts to catch up. The sprint week focused on Truths and Insights was created by Pradeep U.N, Director of Customer Experience at Microsoft Consulting Services which was created to drive purpose driven transformations in organizations. In this post, I will continue the conversation with my cohort mates by wrapping it up with their experiences with the sprint, their thoughts on the final solutions, insights they gained and what they would have done differently if any.

What was your experience with the sprint week?

Draft up solutions quickly

Guest 1: The sprint was a great experience and it allowed for me to think of and draft up solutions quickly. Brainstorming and ideating also went by quick, and we were able to split up the draft hi-fidelity mockups independently.
